Phase 1: Zoning

This phase consists of a thorough review of your township ordinances compared to existing conditions on the site by using the property survey. The comparison allows us to define the allowable building area on your property. Should the analysis show that there is not a sufficient allowable building area to suit the design intent of the project then  we will outline alternative options or guide the owner through the Township variance process. This phase is done before any design takes place as it outlines the possible paths forward for new development.
